Please see the attached Flowchart detailing the steps to take if anyone in your household falls ill.  If a member of your household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, the entire household should isolate and seek medical advice. 
Please ensure that, if your child is absent from school due to illness, you let us know their symptoms, the nature of the illness and the medical advice you have received. COVID-19 Flowchart and NHS Advice


Please see the letter below for a reminder of drop off and collection times for each year group, the procedure for accessing our school premises, and which agencies to contact if you have any questions or concerns relating to COVID-19 guidance.

Please note:

*The school office will remain closed to all parents. If you need to contact the school office, you can do so by calling 01884 32206 or via email at Please do not enter the reception area at any time.


*Children must arrive for school on time and at the entrance point specified on the attached letter. If you arrive late to school with your child, please bring them to the main entrance, wait outside as the doors will be locked and contact the school office on the telephone number provided above. A member of our Leadership Team will then come and collect your child.


*Please ensure you that arrive on time to collect your children at the end of the school day. For all children in Years 5 and 6, we have sent home a link to an online form to complete if you give permission for your child to walk home by themselves at the end of the day. Children will not be permitted to leave the school premises by themselves unless we hold a completed online permission form.


We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that if you have changed any of your contact information - address, email address, telephone numbers etc - or if there have been any changes to the contact details of your child's emergency contacts, to please inform us as soon as possible via email.
